I have grown Bay 15 into a trusted strategic partner for leading consumer brands by delivering data-driven solutions, operational excellence, and measurable results. Beyond my professional life, my amazing wife and two children keep our family active and busy. My son, Trevor, competes in motocross, while my daughter, Addi, participates in cheer.

During my six years at Bay 15, I have managed sales operations, purchase orders, reporting, and daily account management to ensure exceptional vendor support. I value building strong relationships and helping vendors succeed through responsive, efficient communication. Outside of work, I love spending quality time with my husband and twins, crafting, reading, and enjoying the outdoors.

I have been with Bay 15 for six years. I strive to provide our vendors with top-tier account management, strategic data reporting, and the dedicated operational support they need to thrive. By focusing on strong partner relationships and collaborative communication, my goal is to help build their brand in this ever-changing industry. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family. I have a wonderful husband and two beautiful daughters and a granddaughter on the way.

Here at Bay 15, I specialize in brand management, product listing optimization, and marketplace compliance across platforms. My 5-year experience includes creating and managing high-performing product listings, maintaining accurate catalog content, protecting brand integrity, and ensuring compliance with marketplace policies. My focus is combining strategic thinking, attention to detail, and collaboration to help brands increase visibility and deliver a consistent customer experience. Outside of work, my time is fulfilled with adventures and activities with my husband and son or learning a new skill set.

I have been with Bay 15 for the past 9 years, working in Accounts Payable. During my time here, I've enjoyed building strong relationships, supporting our team, and helping ensure our financial processes run smoothly. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our twin daughters. As a family, we love going to the lake, visiting local parks, and making memories with our extended families.

During my 8-year tenure with Bay 15, I have overseen inventory distribution for direct to-consumer (D2C) and Amazon channels, resolved discrepancies within the supply chain, and enhanced operational workflows throughout all areas of the warehouse. Together with my team, we continually improve process efficiency by creating streamlined workflows that optimize production and provide outstanding value to our clients and vendors. Away from work, I love spending meaningful time with my wife and two sons. Our family is passionate about outdoor activities, often heading to regional parks and zoos, or spending time on the lake swimming and fishing.
